• Identifiers & Authentication: We process a unique User ID via secure OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols to maintain your session states safely across devices.
• User Content:
  • Photos or Videos: Handled exclusively to allow profile picture customization and property media engagement.
  • Emails or Text Messages: Processed strictly for essential in-app functionality, such as sharing listings or verifying communication preferences.
• Coarse Location: We process approximate geographic coordinates to plot property listings, neighborhood boundaries, and interactive map pins accurately on your screen.
• Usage Data & Product Interaction: We log how you interact with individual property cards, categories, and map features.

2. How We Use Your Data & Analytics

Your data is utilized strictly under localized, production-grade parameters:

• App Functionality & Personalization: Contact info, user content, and identifiers are used solely to run the marketplace, secure your account session, and tailor the dashboard layout.
• Anonymized Platform Analytics: We analyze Product Interaction data purely to evaluate search speed, map responsiveness, and UI flow optimizations. This performance data is entirely anonymized and helps us refine the platform's stability.
