Authentication & Access

I am facing an issue logging in with Apple on an Android device. How is this handled?

Our authentication framework utilizes a secure, server-side redirect workflow to authorize Sign in with Apple across non-iOS platforms. If your authentication window freezes or fails to pass the verification token back to the app, clear your mobile browser's cache or ensure you have a stable network connection, then re-trigger the secure handshake.

Can I link multiple login methods to a single profile?

Currently, your profile is permanently mapped to the specific OIDC identity provider you used during your initial registration (e.g., logging in with Google creates a profile distinct from an email-and-password account).

Maps & Property Discovery

Why are some listings grouped together under a single pin on the map?

Darioo features a high-end parent-child structural data relationship. When a premium property development or architectural complex contains multiple independent apartments, studios, or penthouses for sale, the map aggregates them under a single corporate complex profile to keep your view minimal and organized. Tapping the complex pin allows you to expand and browse the individual units nested within it.

The map pins are not loading or displaying accurately. What should I do?

Ensure that you have granted the app network permissions. If you are browsing over a slower mobile connection, map tile rendering and spatial data processing might face a brief latency window.

Account Management

How do I change the display language of the marketplace?

Darioo is fully localized. The application automatically detects your device's system settings to serve content seamlessly in English, French, or Arabic. You can adjust your localized preferences directly through your native device language configurations or within your user profile dashboard.

How exactly does the 30-day account deletion cancelation work?

When you tap "Delete Account" in your profile settings, our system schedules a background termination script set for 30 days in the future. To cancel this process, simply open the Darioo app anytime before those 30 days are up, log in normally, and a prompt will ask if you wish to halt the deletion and reactivate your profile.
